We keep it simple with a "Rate + Room" policy. We require our standard hourly or day rate plus lodging for the team on site. Everything else including flights, Ubers, meals, and gear transport is handled by us and included in your quote so you never have to worry about it.

Yes. For select projects such as social media highlights or onsite headshots, we can provide same-day delivery upon request. Just let us know during the planning process so we can prepare the necessary workflow.

Clients are guaranteed at minimum 40 photos an hour for each hour booked.

We deliver fully edited, high-resolution photos and videos ready for immediate use. If your team requires the raw files for internal archiving or future editing, we can provide them for an additional management and transfer fee.

Standard turnaround for photography is 2 business days. For video projects, the turnaround is 7-10 business days. This depends on the complexity of the edits.

The sooner, the better. To officially reserve your dates on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.
